Delfina swimwear

Ophelia is in love with Italian Designer Delfina!

In 1992 Delfina Marsaglia decided to create a little collection of swimsuits. Gloria Baume, the editor of Vogue, was vacationing in Rome, bought one of Delfina's stlyes and fell in love with it. Immediately Delfina's swimsuits began selling at Bergdorf Goodmans, Saks fifth avenue, and Barneys.

Delfina has been featured many times in magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, GQ, Glamour…

The swimsuit collection has now expanded to include tunics, sarongs, pants and other accessories. Only the finest Italian fabrics are used and the embroideries are often made in South Italy by the last generation still taught on the art of hand-embroidering

Today Delfina not only takes care of her own line but also designs and produces the swimwear line for Calypso and Tory Burch.
